Julia is "thrilled to donate her time to this worthy cause, realizing that we are all connected, all one. By helping others, we are helping ourselves".

About TCC's Back-to-School Drive:

Many kids in Bridgeport begin the school year without the necessary school supplies putting them at an academic disadvantage from the start. Having a backpack filled with supplies gives a child confidence and feeling of equality they need. These supplies can literally mean the difference between achieving success in school or not.

Julia Hepfer has stepped up to lead the Back-to-School Drive for these students and she is off to a great start! See below for backpack and school supply drop off:

  • August 8, 7:00pm 194 Putting Green Lane, Trumbull
  • August 11, 3:00pm The Edge in Trumbull, 41 Monroe Turnpike, Trumbull
  • The Patterson Club, 1118 Cross Highway, Fairfield CT (Pool House Entrance)

School Supplies Needed:

  • Backpacks
  • Pens, Gluesticks, Erasers, Sharpeners,
  • Notebooks, Composition books, Binders & Filler Paper
  • Antibacterial lotion and tissues
